Bob Robel is truely one of the nice guy's you'd see at Wisconsin Dirt tracks! Over his racing carreer he has
been heavily involved with all the major sanctioning bodies here in Southeastern Wisconsin. IRA, MSC and
the EWSC all benifited from his leadership at some point. Bob also made sure that both the IRA and MSC
clubs stayed valid corperations when both clubs ran into hard times. His dedication to the fans and his fellow
drivers will surely land him in the Southeastern Wisconsin Short Track Hall of Fame some day!
Young fans will remember Bob's cars to have a painting of Barney Rubble on the side. Being short in stature,
Heavy in foot an fair haired, many thought Bob to be a dead ringer for his favorite cartoon likeness!
